Don’t worry, in case you need the exchange* , we recommend that you place a new order, since this is always faster than an exchange, and the only way how we work. We will take care about your request and refund* carefully


* All exchanges and returns, must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered and placed in their original packaging.

If an item does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us. Inside your parcel, you will find a UPS return shipping label. Return shipments are accepted within 14 days after the receipt. If you are unable to return your order to us within this period, we friendly ask you or inform us by email trough

Schedule a UPS pick up online at UPS.com. Select ‘Shipping’, followed by ‘Schedule a collection’ and fill in the form. Choose your preferable date, time and location.

Bring your exchange or return to our store, and we will adapt immediately.

After we received your return at our store a refund will be arranged within 7 days through your selected payment method.

Return by handing the parcel to an employee at our PaulPim store, or send it it by post, or you can use the UPS return label for returns.


return outside benelux

Return your parcel using the UPS return label. Please note: In case your online order originally was shipped free of charge and/or consists multiple items, and you wish to return only some of the items received, the initial shipping costs will not be refunded. The costs of returning an online order will be deducted from your refund.


All item(s) must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered and placed in their original packaging within 14 days after receiving your parcel from UPS. Returns that are different from this procedure will not be processed. If you are unable to return within 14 days after receipt, then we kindly ask you to inform us about your intention to return beforehand by phone or email. After these 14 days you have an additional 14 days for the return to be handed over to us.


Should you wish to receive a refund on the paid local taxed and customs duties, we advise you to contact your local UPS or customs office. Pauw can not be held liable for these costs.
